Finally winter beauty

Finally winter arrived in Belgium. Friday we woke up to a snow white landscape and the accompanying traffic chaos that the first white cm always causes in Belgium.  The roads were so tricky with alternating snow and rain at freezing temperature, particularly around Leuven, so I decided to work from home on Friday.

Fortunately it was dry on Saturday morning and the roads had been cleared so we could drive up to the Ardennes to arrive in an even more white landscape.  What a gorgeous winter wonderland!
