Unfortunately last weekend's hot summer weather is already long gone again so my parent's visit with us in the Ardennes happened under grey skies and with umbrellas. But we faced the weather and went out for some short walks and the abundant broom in the neighborhood was finally in full flower. Beautiful!

This afternoon our neighbours knocked on the window...for a few weeks already they (and we) were expecting the birth of a bunch of puppies and all signs on Saturday were that it was now very near. So after a sleepless night for them, they seemed proud to present us 10 tiny new neighbors. Aaah so cute, can't wait until next month when they can play outside.
