Yvoire

Just a short and nice ferry ride away from Geneva to the other (French) side of the lake is the pittoresque little town Yvoire...it's quite touristy and some of the streets with little stores feel a bit like a tourist trap, yet it is very nice & small at the same time, with its castle, port and ramparts.  I can recomment visiting it while in the area of Geneva lake!
