Kids @ Work

If you can have a Birthday Party I  and a Birthday Party II in a weekend, you surely can fit another party into that same weekend, no? If you are in a party mood, why not continu?  We figured we'd better all squeeze it into 2 days and then ensure that our next weekend was empty to recover.

So when the children from the Kabouter's kids party left, 15 minutes later we were driving to Jan's office.  There was that afternoon a Kids@Work event where we could visit the offices of that company and where there was lots of kids fun organised.

If you ever have wondered if you can fit a bouncing castle/ ball pit into an office hallway:  yes you can. There was an area for the smallest where babies could crawl onto soft carpets with some soft toys,  toddlers had little tents and bikes and other toys, there was a drawing corner, the bouncing castles, balloons everywhere, a reading corner full of comfy bean bags etc.
For the older children there were DJ workshops, virtual reality demo's, 3D drawings etc.  in the different meeting rooms.

And there was cake and waffles and popcorn and pies and pancakes and ...until we dropped dead because there was not much more activities for the parents besides watching the children and catching up with colleagues in the food corner.

After 3 parties in 2 days we were all a bit tired in the end.
