Count your blessings - August 2020
- My abundantly flowering lavender full of fluffy bees zooming in the flowers
- Plucking and eating fresh tomatoes from the farm or from our vacation garden
- Going on a gorgeous evening walk with a friend in an unkown nature area that turned out to be very beautiful
- Chatting extensively with a friend
- The faces of the children when they are "frozen" in the game 1-2-3 piano
- Finding a spot to go last minute on vacation
- Building a sand castle on the beach with the children
- Spotting seals swimming by at short distance
- French saucisson...artisanal, not the industrial stuff we have in any supermarket. Those saucissons that make your entire house smell like delicious saucisson.
- Eating fruits de mers
- Snoozing in bed while listening to the rest of the house waking up. Resting in solitude until you hear coffee is brewed.
- Reading books and watching Netflix
- Spotting deer during an evening walk
- Learning to play chess with Kabouter
- Riding a bike along the dunes
- Watching breathtaking sunsets at the beach
- Clean windows
- 2 full weeks with average sleep well above 8 hours per night (creating a first since ages a month average above 8 hours)
