We keep on turning #wedraaien: The Book of Mormon - Hello!

 

Each Tuesday and Thursday Anne from Satur9's World and myself, play a musical pingpong game where we choose a new music song based on each other's previous choice by association of a name, style, lyric, style, location or whatever crosses in our mind. We never know what the next song will be chosen and are forced to explore beyond our comfort zone due to each other's choices.

Bad Religion with American Jesus...wow even without listening, that brings a lot of images and thoughts. One can say a lot about bad religions and also about American religion . And one can ponder to which degree those overlap. 

Well....isn't Mormon an "American" Jesus?  Aren't the mormons a very American religion? And isn't it a Broadway success musical so also music.  I don't know the musical but researching it brought up some pearls. Ha, love to throw this back to Anne, she sure didn't anticipate this coming her way :).
