Beach fire works

I can't deal with staying up late anymore.  Nevertheless I find fireworks at the beach at a few minutes walk a great opportunity as you can't often find fireworks inland anymore. Most cities have forbidden them. But apparenty in summer at the coast, it can still be done.  In the Panne they have twice in the summer fireworks,  once in July and once in August.  

Kabouter made reluctantly the rational choice to go to bed on time as he was suffering from fatigue (and the linked mood swings) and so did Jan. But Beertje really wanted to go and see it with me, so off we went the both of us back to the beach late in the evening.  
Unfortunately for Kabouter, the noice of the fireworks kept him awake so he could as well have joined us.
