water leak no april joke

This morning when we left my appartment (after a rain shower and on a very windy morning) I told Jan when I saw the water running over the street "there is a leak" "the water comes out of the street, it's not from the rain anymore". But he didn't believe me and said it was from the rain and now the wind playing in a little puddle. OK I admit, it could have sound like an april joke but I really thought that little bits of water came out of the street.

Tonight we came back home and the street was blocked by the water company, who were drilling and digging in the street....... Guess who was right this morning!
