All gone

I woke up this morning and the world looked grey and wet. Hey where did the white wintercoat go? Where's the freezing clear wintersun? Pfff I miss the snow already. ...No more freezing temperatures for the next week, just regular crappy Belgian winter. Too bad.

It's cold and icy out here which is my least favorite type of weather. At least when it snows out I don't have to worry as much about black ice.

Personally, after being snow/ice/flood-bound for at least five days since Christmas, I'll be glad to see the snow go. Good thing it's pretty!

@anno: well yeah too much of anything is too much.

But this was the first time in 12 years that we had such a patch of true harsh winter (we call -10C harsh)....so we still enjoy those oddities :D. As you can see, we weren't exactly snowed in either.

I love your left photo, it's so pretty!!! We had something like 20 days of the fluffy stuff. I'm not counting it all gone for the year yet though... We shall see and maybe you will get more too!!!

I'd rather have the fluffy blue than grey and rain too! We have had grey and rain here in Victoria also.
