Copenhagen Zoo

We seem to have created a new tradition when abroad: visit the local zoo.  Kabouter loves animals, zoos are often in nice big parks, ...it's a fun activity. I used to think that you shouldn't visit abroad what you can visit at home but I learn that all zoo's are quite different after all.

The one in Copenhagen is located near a big park and you can already see some of the animals eg the elephants from the park while still outside the zoo. Wow, they'd never give "free views" in Belgium.

After having previewed the elephants , we checked out the view in the park and then headed to the zoo itself.
