Our bathroom cat

Maine Coons are known to love water and not to be scared away by water as many other cats.

Besides his drink fountain we often find him in our bathroom.  First of all he follows us due to his social nature so if we are all with the children in the bathroom he'll come to check it out. But then he loves to go and lay a bit in the shower after we've used it.  When it's in use, he'll keep his distance but afterwards it's his turn he figures.  A little later he leaves again and we get treated by a sweap of his wet tail an a trail of wet foor steps on the floor.

But he explores also the sinks and the bathtub.  In a way I am not surprised that a young kitten explores the entire house and yet I find the time he can spend in the bathroom surprising since my childhood cat never did so.
He observes with great curiosity the children's bathing time and we belief that sooner or later he'll attempt a jump into the deep water.

I am very curious if he'll learn to open this type of taps by accident one day.
