Bustronome - a Gastronomic bustour through Paris
A few weeks ago, we had a regional seminar near Paris again and I sighed when reading we'd do a team activity in the evening in Paris. So much up and down driving in traffic jams in taxi's while each of us had seen Paris already plenty of times...I wasn't very motivated.
The director had projected a presentation without suppressing his outlook notifications and so we had a glimpse of a reservation and after some googling our enthousiasm grew.
Indeed, our taxi's dropped us off at a rather uninteresting square in Paris with a big bus nearby: Bustronome.

The bus is a riding restaurant that drives for 3 hours along all tourist attractions of Paris. So while you get a really decent 6-dish food experience, you drive by Les Invalides, the Opéra, the Louvre, the Parliament, Champs-Elysées, ... It results in very blurry reflected pictures which are in its own way are funny.
Right at 10PM we stopped at the Eifeltower, together with another Bustronome bus at the same location where we could briefly get out right at the moment the lights started to flickr.
It was truly fun and original and I didn't regret being late in bed anymore.
