Made in Belgium: Melanie De Basio

Melanie De Basio should be a world star. She performs in her own league.  I don't think she gets the credit enough that she'd deserve and in all honesty she's quite a bit of revelation for myself still.   Shame on me.

But as soon as I saw her on tv recently, I was hooked and I wanted to get to know her music much better, even though I don't like traditional jazz music. She manages to create such a mesmerizing atmosphere. Wow.
