A third storm weekend? Time to go walking in the east of Belgium

What's up with this winter? For the 3rd weekend in a row we are treated on a real fall storm.  But Jan was gone for a weekend and I had invited my mother to keep me and the boys company in the Ardennes.  After 2 weekends confined at home, I really wanted to go so off we went.   And we went into the woods.

I wanted to take them to the boglands near Schwarzbach. But the boys weren't really in their walking mood so I had to spend all my energy to encourage them and drag them along, so I cut the itinerary short a little at Kugelscheid which meant we were 98% in the woods. But at the end I drag them into a little detour anyhow to show the little lake.

On Sunday we were already treated with big wind guts and a drizzling rain. But I really didn't feel like spending 36 (2 nights included) inside the house so before the worst was predicted I chased everyone outside again.  We took a little tour around the village to catch some fresh air and movement before we'd be confined inside again to wait out this 3rd storm.  We were just at time back inside before the rain started to fly by with more conviction
