We keep on turning #wedraaiendoor: Cat Stevens - Lady D'Arbanville

Each Tuesday and Thursday Anne from Satur9's World and myself, play a musical pingpong game where we choose a new music song based on each other's previous choice by association of a name, style, lyric, style, location or whatever crosses in our mind. We never know what the next song will be chosen and are forced to explore beyond our comfort zone due to each other's choices.

Our mind does sometimes weird things.  I knew Anne had chosen The Beatles - Lady Madonna.  While I'm waiting in a waiting room I am going through my mind for a follow-up and I'm humming silently Lady Madonna in my mind.  A bit later I'm trying to find an association to Cat Stevens.

So once home I look up Cat Stevens but I'm surprised to hear what I assumed was Lady Madonna . I was mixing up Lady Madonna and Lady D'Arbanville. 

Well if I am mixing them both up, I assume Lady D'Arbanville was a good follow-up. And it was a song that I've heard my father humm along so it's a good memory to choose.
