We keep on turning #wedraaiendoor: LEISURE - sundown

 

Each Tuesday and Thursday Anne from Satur9's World and myself, play a musical pingpong game where we choose a new music song based on each other's previous choice by association of a name, style, lyric, style, location or whatever crosses in our mind. We never know what the next song will be chosen and are forced to explore beyond our comfort zone due to each other's choices.

Sometimes Anne really serves me music and bands that I've never heard before. That's what makes our little musical ping-pong game so interesting.  So this time she served me with Eastern Dark - Over now. 

I was triggered by the "Eastern Dark". Isn't the east the side of the sunrise...it would be light there. So I was thinking about the eastern world , sunrises and sunsets.

But that was too easy.  For some wrong reason I was convinced for a while that in the southern hemisphere the sun would set in the east. It doesn't, I was wrong. But I looked up many bands from the Southern hemisphere that had a song about the sunset.

and I found Leisure and was quite pleased by their sound, quite enjoyable. So here's Leisure to discover.
