More judo tournaments

In November Kabouter participated in 3 more tournaments. That's a lot but I did extra effort to free up time since he'll be U15 in January and needs to have a a green belt to compete. So he'll be for a while without competition.  Therefore we participated in those we could join in November.


First we warmed up in Puurs after our vacation.  Kabouter didn't seem too concentrated and a bit passive much to the frustration of the coach.  It was no surprise he lost all 3 camps under the eye of his aunt. 

On Nov 11th we joined the team of Vlaams-Brabant in the interprovincial championship.  West-Vlaanderen and Oost-Vlaanderen come with big teams and a lot of supporters while Vlaams-Brabant had the smallest team. So we'd never win but it was a great experience to participate in this big event.

Kabouter competed with a lot more vigor than in Puurs but alas, here he faced the best from all provinces and they were a tad too strong for him.

At the end of the month just before exam studies started we joined the familiar group from Leuven again in Meise. Very good team atmosphere but alas, that didn't deliver any victory to Kabouter either, but he earned some compliments for his persistence in his fight.
