Taking our friends to the brocante in Robertville

Our Texan friend Q was 12 years ago the first visitor ever in our weekend home in the east of Belgium. We had just received the keys and were camping inside in a home that had to be completely renovated and where we had just installed a sink since that was missing on the moment of purchase. Then Q and his cousin pulled up with a massive RV bus that they'd use to follow the Tour de France in 2010. haha I'm sure he had more comfort in his bus than we had inside our little molded house back then.

And now 12 years later Q and his wife H have moved from Texas to Maastricht so that's quite close to come and visit us in the east of Belgium too.  Since there was a flea market in Robertville that Sunday, we figured they'd enjoy a walk along the lake taking us to Robertville.

As usual in the region, the entire town is transformed into one huge flea market. Unlike our village , traffic continued driving however so that's a little annoying.
We enjoyed snooping around and both Q and H as both children found a little treasure of choice to take home where we enjoyed an outdoor lunch before we had to say goodbye again.
