We keep on turning #wedraaiendoor: Grace Jones : La vie en rose

Each Tuesday and Thursday Anne from Satur9's World and myself, play a musical pingpong game where we choose a new music song based on each other's previous choice by association of a name, style, lyric, style, location or whatever crosses in our mind. We never know what the next song will be chosen and are forced to explore beyond our comfort zone due to each other's choices.

I didn't know Jeff Buckley's Grace so it was a discovery when Anne posted it on Tuesday.   

When I hear I have to wait in the fire, I immediately think "We didn't start the fire". 

But Grace is also a prayer.  Right away I think of Hallelujah, but that's a bit stupid since Anne had considered it and tossed it away.  So no Cohen with Hallelujah or Milk & Honey or ...
But saying grace is a prayer to me, so I was searching in the religious direction for a while.

And then I found another Grace...What a Grace!  In all those years we have not posted anything by Grace Jones yet, so it's really time to host this great lady full of grace now.
