1) don't remember where and when but a Cornet is always tastefull.
2) Rodin is a LEGO cat..always amidst the ongoing constructions and potentially in the box.
3) Darth Vader was lost in our house. Kabouter went out to buy a new one downtown. Of course we found the other one back at home a few weeks afterwards and then there was another one in the set of Beertje's birthday LEGO. So I share the house with 3 Darth Vaders now!

5) Rodin
When I was away with the children I got sad faces sent from home.
6) End of March I did a lot of cooking experiments which turned out really well. But also a lot of work, so it's not happening anymore.
7) We are getting our new Jo Claes books signed by Jo Claes
8) Our new year has a rhythm: around Christmas there's the Christmas special of Death in Paradise and Beyond Paradise. (yes I take pictures of my tv screen if I'm excited of what's on).
Early in the year the new seizon of Return to Paradise starts!
And then early Spring we get to start the new season of Death in Paradise. Woohooo, good moments each week where we get ready with some appetizers.
But now we are behind as we just finished the season and the entire new seison of Beyond Paradise has already been broadcast. But's its all recorded so we can start our summer with the UK version of all the Paradise spin-offs. Something to look forward too. And then we are "paradise" hungry for another 6 monnths before the Christmas specials are aired.
9) The school behind us gets partially destructed and reconstructed. They've installed a huge crane which installation was spectacular and now we sometimes see interesting things flying above our garden!
10) Beertje made bath balls in school which he had to use of course. I'm relieve that the coloring didn't stick.
11) His class worked long on a fashion show of multiple historic era's. I had the opportunity to attend (unlike with Kabouter). Beertje got himself dressed in a shirt with colar for the occasion.
12) Goodbye to my car which I had enjoyed.... left him at parking at work and returned home by train. Chapter closed.
13) Sometimes we goof around but not nearly enough
14) Oh yeah he is also a goofball seeking attention or belly rubs.
15) Kabouter had to do a science experiment by keeping a piece of apple for a month in some water. Gross. And I don't think there were any conclusions by it. But I can conclude that it gets gross.
16) if you have a dentist appointment at carnaval...then you just send a prisoner in the chair, right?
17) FIFA game is a thing in our house now. And as a result, Kabouter is now tracking champion's league results etc. Ugh.
18) Ducks at the abbey.
19) I sometimes spot the kids when they are out with school
20) Beertje baked poop cake at school. Uhm....yep.
21) Home is Canada
21) Reading a book to Beertje digitally when I had escaped on my own to the east of Belgium this winter.
23) Jan works with a supervisor.
24) I dialed in to attend a Canadian Rotary meeting where my ex-classmate presented.
25) He's often hiding and nesting with his tablet
26) Really the Novotel? How embarrassing is to have to phone for this?
27) Sometimes Beertje watches Youtube video's that we enjoyed. Not often but this was cute.
28) Do you need some herbs? We should have them
