The daffodils at the Bruges beguinages

One of the touristic hotspots in Bruges is the beguinage.  All Belgian beguinages are UNESCO heritage but this one is Bruges is probably one of the most visited and most famous ones.  And early springtime is THE moment to visit since the square is filled with daffodils.

As a child both Jan and I have had photoshoots here with our parents. When I was 11, I also was a flowergirl on a wedding party here and also our niece had her communion pictures taken here... famous place.

And now we were here amidst the daffodils with Kabouter and Beertje. They had to learn to keep the silence in a beguinage and they were goofing around and threatening to pick some flowers. But we got some cool pictures as well.
