Spring beauty in the botanical garden : crocus overload

With the recent storm Eunice we'd forget we've had already a couple of nice sunny days.  Last Sunday we took the opportunity to walk to the Kruidtuin, Leuven's botanical garden. I had seen on other social media that the famous crocusses had opened up again and that's always worth a walk to see this beauty.

This 200-year old botanical garden is such a gem. Unfortunately I read and saw pictures today that storm Eunice had also caused damage yesterday and seamingly a big tree has come down.  How sad to see these images.
