We keep on turning #wedraaiendoor - Musical youth - Pass the Dutchie

Each Tuesday and Thursday Anne from Satur9's World and myself, play a musical pingpong game where we choose a new music song based on each other's previous choice by association of a name, style, lyric, style, location or whatever crosses in our mind. We never know what the next song will be chosen and are forced to explore beyond our comfort zone due to each other's choices.

Banarama links easily to Fun Boy Three according to Anne...and yes, that is a lot of fun.  I found to associations rather quickly:

I let the music search rest a little and realise after a couple of days that I am searching for a follow-up on Musical youth rather than Fun Boy Three.  Yes indeed, both songs with reggae/ska influences from 1982 are part of my musical child memories but I mix them up. In my mind they are exchangable even though of course they are distinct.

But I guess that concluded my search:  After Fun Boy Three we danced a bit more with Musical Youth.
