A historic walking quest for the children in Butgenbach

We know Butgenbach already quite well, but Jan discovered that there was a historic quest walk designed for children of about 7kms. That seemed a perfect occasion to rediscover the city.

We picked up some leaflets with a questionnaire to fill in for the boys at the tourist office and set off.

Most stops are right around a few blocks in the city center, but then we started to walk via the Ravel/railroad viaduct to the lake for the last couple of questions.

We treated ourselves to some drinks afterwards and on our way back we discovered a new ice cream shop closeby so the evening was closed with a nice ice-cream.
