Staying in Le Tréport for a French factory visit

In the 3rd week of March, there was an international teambuilding with excursion to our window factory in the Somme Bay in France together with a group of our Dutch colleagues.  It had been discussed, approved, postponed and planned for over a year, still launched by my former manager: but finally we were on our way and it was glorious weather.

I didn't dare to get on the bus with all the others but decided to drive on my own but met them all up upon arrival at our hotel in Tréport.  With a few hours free in our schedule, we decided to go for a walk with a group and climb the chalk rocks in the north of Mers-Les-Bains.

After a wonderful walk we enjoyed a good time all together back in Tréport.

The next day we got a very extensive tour of the big factory site where we saw the glass factory, the production of windows from raw wood to finished product and the production of flashings.
Very interesting

Tired it was time to hit the road back to Belgium but I profited from my independence to get a quick stop & glance of our previous vacation destinations at Cayeux-les-Mers and the Baie de la Somme.

Electrical charging pauzes can be quite awesome.
