To Schwartzbachsee

At the end of 2025 we were treated with sunny freezing weather. We profited by going to the German border and walk there in forests towards some small boglands...and the little lake Schwartzbachsee where we saw so many toads last April.  I had wanted to go back here since my little "frog" misunderstanding with Beertje in November but this was truly a glorious day to hang out here.  And as always, there were hardly other people around. 

I love this little spot. It's fabulous in any season.
