We're interested in your opinion

I got an e-mail from Thalys (high speed train) "We're interested in your opinion".  Great, I do have a strong opinion about their never on time expensive service and I was happy to share it with them if it was only going to take 5 minutes as promised.


Thalys:
  • "First we'd like to get back to your customer complaint " (5% progress)

    Did you file a complaint between October 2010 and March 2011   :  yes, no, don't know
Me: euh....I did in April 2011 for the 50 minute delay so  NO

Thalys:
  • The end (100% progress)



What the hell?! Never trust customer service that claims to be interested in your opinion. T
