Fagne de Polleur at the Mont Rigi

A crisp layer of snow and some sun...that requires a walk and we went to check out near Belgium's highest point to see if there was any more snow there or not.  The children wanted to walk on the boardwalks and unlike the Warche tour, here the boardwalks had had a make-over and were in good state (which has been quite different in the past)

The KMI weather station seemed out of order.

The wind wasn't too bad so unlike other times when the wind here cuts out in our faces, it was very nice to be out in the sun in the vast space.  Aaaah what a beautiful place.
