Concert Maastricht

Our Texan musician friend in Maastricht has built this giant drum robot, which we've admired before at their home. 

During their last visit, they mentioned that he had a unique project of playing with the symphonic orchestra with the robot.  Pretty original huh.  We could not make our agenda puzzle that we all could attend, but I could go on my own. 

So I drove off on Sunday afternoon so see the wonderful mix of instruments, solo's, music tones and rhythms flow together. Pretty damn cool!
